How does Matrimoniando operate ?

Firstly we invite you to use Matrimoniando's revolutionary Virtual Wedding Planner^© system to craft a personalized estimate for your Wedding (see When to get Married in Italy for your reference).

This system will enable you to design your Italian Wedding by detailing location, services and other information. You will also be able to compare services and prices on-line. However, you will not be allowed to buy them !

In fact Matrimoniando prides itself of providing a fully personalized service - it is YOUR special day, and we will make sure that it simply turns out to be a wonderful memory to cheerish for years to come !

Once the first estimate is automatically generated, Matrimoniando will assign a Personal Wedding Planner that will interact with you to determine how best we can further personalize the event.

Once you are happy with a proposed list of services you will be asked to become one of our clients by signing the contract and making the first payment as deposit. The rest will fall easily into place.

Your Personal Wedding Planner will then assign you a Local Wedding Planner. 

The two coordinators will work together to craft your Wedding day. 

You will then interact with them to add, delete (in which case you will not be refunded the initial deposit) or simply refine services and extras.

Your Personal Wedding Planner will always be guiding you through all the steps of the process, from the early planning to your Wedding day, including paperwork procedures, event planning and holding relationships with the service providers.

Once you arrive to Italy you will be introduced to your Local Wedding Coordinator, which will review all the details of the Wedding and assist you with the final preparations and during the event.

Matrimoniando will also help you through the paperwork for your civil or religious Wedding. Please note that if the bride to be has been divorced for less than 300 days then we may not be able to arrange the civil wedding, subject to local regulation and special conditions.
